All orders are paid in full before preparation and delivery.
Delivery fees are based on your delivery area and ZIP code listed below.
Delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed to the exact minute.
If the recipient is unavailable, we may leave the order in a safe place, with a neighbor, or contact your or your recipient for instructions.

It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery details
We collect your name, contact details, address, and order information to process and deliver your order and, if you opt in, to send marketing emails. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time using the link in our emails. We do not sell your personal data and only share it with trusted providers as needed (for example, payment and delivery services).

Because flowers are perishable, refunds and replacements are handled case by case. Please contact us within 24 hours if there is an issue with your order, including photos if possible. Orders can usually be canceled for a full refund before we begin preparing your flowers; once preparation or delivery has started, cancellation is not possible.
